Not only does Lizzy jokingly tell Jane that she first falls for Mr. Darcy after seeing his beautiful grounds at Pemberley, it's Lady Catherine's question of "are the grounds of Pemberley to be thus polluted" that really brings the two together.  So of course I imagined the stoic stone façade of Pemberley, with splashes of Lizzy's wit and charm.  Obviously I find Pemberley to be much improved under her influence.
