Each package includes over 1700 yards of glorious DK weightyarn! In the form of:

*80% Superwash Wool, 10% Cashmere, 10% Nylon
*Light Worsted/dk Weight
*60 yards, 25 grams
*Machine Wash Cold / Dry Flat
*Gauge: 4-6 sts/inch on US 7-9 needles

And 1 single full sized skein of Posh DK to open on the 25th. *280 Yards, 115 grams

This year’s Advent Calendar will be (of course!) inspired by another gorgeous collection of classics - the MacMillan Popular Classics. Each will be individually labeled with the name of the classic novel that inspired it, and individually packaged so you’ll have one gorgeous gift of yarn to open for 24 days. These will be arranged in an order that fades from one colorway into the next. This package does not include a pattern, but we will send a suggested list of available patterns to use with the set.

These colorways will be a surprise! But I’ve included a photo of the books that will inspire them to give you an idea of the feel of this collection. I’m loving the watercolor feel of these covers. I’m imagining a mix of softly speckled colorways and dramatic rich tonals.

This base is perfect for sweaters, shawls, blankets or heavy boot socks. It would make an incredible Sea Glass Sweater.

We use colorfast acid dyes and rinse all our yarns our own special woolwash blend to give it a smooth hand, a soothing smell and to help protect it from fiber-eaters.
