Dreaming of a Classic Christmas yarnie advent calendar!

Each package includes over 2500 yards of glorious yarn! In the form of:

24 Squishy minis

*80% Superwash Wool, 20% Nylon
*Fingering Weight
*2,184 Yards, 600 grams (24 colors, 25g each)

And 1 single full sized skein of Squishy to open on the 25th. *420 Yards, 115 grams

This year’s Advent Calendar will be (of course!) inspired by another gorgeous collection of classics -the MacMillan Popular Classics. Each will be individually labeled with the name of the classic novel that inspired it, and individually packaged so you’ll have one gorgeous gift of yarn to open for 24 days. These will be arranged in an order that fades from one colorway into the next. This package does not include a pattern, but we will send a suggested list of available patterns to use with the set.

These colorways will be a surprise! But I’ve included a photo of the books that will inspire them to give you an idea of the feel of this collection. I’m loving the watercolor feel of these covers. I’m imagining a mix of softly speckled colorways and dramatic rich tonals.

This base is perfect for socks! The nylon gives it a bit of extra strength and the superwash wool makes it so easy to care for. Great for stripes, colorwork, Beekeeper’s Quilt puffs, the possibilities are endless.

We use colorfast acid dyes and rinse all our yarns our own special woolwash blend to give it a smooth hand, a soothing smell and to help protect it from fiber-eaters.
