Dreaming of a Classic Christmas yarnie advent calendar!

Each package includes over 2500 yards of glorious yarn! In the form of:

24 Squishy minis

*80% Superwash Wool, 20% Nylon
*Fingering Weight
*2,184 Yards, 600 grams (24 colors, 25g each)

And 1 single full sized skein of Squishy to open on the 25th. *420 Yards, 115 grams

Original Package full sized skein was Slate. I used this with my lighter colors in my Sawtooth crochet quilt squares, and used Mangano Calcite with the darker colors. You can choose either one for your package.

This Advent Calendar was inspired by another gorgeous collection of classics -the Puffin Clothbound Classics. Each will be individually labeled with the name of the classic novel that inspired it, and individually packaged so you’ll have one gorgeous gift of yarn to open for 24 days. This package does not include a pattern, but we will send a suggested list of available patterns to use with the set.

This collection was first released in 2025. So you can see just what you’re getting!

This base is perfect for socks! The nylon gives it a bit of extra strength and the superwash wool makes it so easy to care for. You’ll have plenty of yarn for 8-10 pairs of socks, or so many fun advent patterns. Blankets are my favorite way to use these sets, but there are lots of other options too. Great for stripes, colorwork, Beekeeper’s Quilt puffs, the possibilities are endless.

We use colorfast acid dyes and rinse all our yarns our own special woolwash blend to give it a smooth hand, a soothing smell and to help protect it from fiber-eaters.
