Calling all ocean lovers and marine biology aficionados! This countdown for Halloween is inspired by the beautiful and often creepy creatures found in the deep sea (with a few artistic liberties taken for adorable creatures found closer to the surface). Each will be individually labeled with the name of the creature that inspired it, and individually packaged so you’ll have one gorgeous gift of yarn to open each night as we count down 13 nights till Halloween 2026, or for any other occasion you’d like! This package does not include a pattern, but I do suggest a list of projects I think would be perfect for this set.

The color palette is incredibly fun - ranging from beachy neutrals to bright neons. Arranged in a balanced order so you can start knitting or crocheting each day without needing to see the full set (although there’s absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to see them all first to plan!)

This base is perfect for socks! The nylon gives it a bit of extra strength and the superwash wool makes it so easy to care for. Great for stripes, colorwork, Beekeeper’s Quilt puffs, the possibilities are endless. I used our 2020 set to knit a Habitation Throw and it was the perfect size for a baby blanket or a cozy lap blanket.

We use colorfast acid dyes and rinse all our yarns our own special woolwash blend to give it a smooth hand, a soothing smell and to help protect it from fiber-eaters.
